In January Simon was called by the Police to the pier at Bognor Regis where youths were seen catapulting pigeons, members of the public had witnessed this and contacted the Police. There were three Police cars in attendance when Simon arrived, one pigeon was already dead but another injured and Simon took to Arun Vets where it was sadly PTS because of its wounds.
In February Simon was contacted about a fox that was not looking well, holding its leg up and sitting in a very public area of Felpham Bognor Regis. Simon captured the fox and took to Arun Vets at Chichester where it was found to have been shot in its legs twice resulting in shattered bones, so was sadly PTS. The Police were informed and an incident number opened, it was also put up on social media asking the public to look out for someone with an air gun, a newspaper press release sent also.
